Good Ground Park  Construction is underway to create Good Ground Park in Hampton Bays.  This passive recreational park complete with amphitheater sits adjacent to Hampton Bays Main Street.   It is intended to enhance the downtown Business area as well as provide a rich community resource.   After more than a decade of planning and discussions with the community, “Good Ground Park” could open in the Fall 2016.  The amphitheater will be used for plays and concerts.  The community was very instrumental in the design and construction phase and will stay involved in the planning of the activities in the park.
