Southampton Town Will Hold A Second Public Meeting On The Future Design Of The Ponquogue Beach Pavilion

The public is invited to attend an informational meeting on the future design of the Ponquogue Beach Facility.  The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday November 15th at 6 pm at the Hampton Bays Elementary School Cafetorium on Ponquogue Avenue.

The Town of Southampton Parks Department will bring the design consultant, Savik and Murray, to the meeting to review findings from their recent survey and introduce design concepts.

More than 1300 people participated in the survey that was conducted during the last weeks of the summer and offered on the Town’s website.   “There was a good public response to the survey”, said Supervisor Jay Schneiderman.  “This gives us a starting point and the public input will help the consultant to come up with a design that captures the consensus of the community.”
