Supervisor Jay Schneiderman has signed Emergency Order #12.24 to address certain restrictions regarding outdoor dining in the Town of Southampton. The purpose of EO #12.24 is to temporarily amend several sections of Southampton Town Code Chapter 250 (Outdoor Sidewalk Dining), in order to accommodate restaurants during this time. In particular, these amendments will allow more patrons to be served outside, and further into the fall season, subject to the inspection and approval of the Fire Marshal’s Office, and in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Orders.
This order is in effect as of 12:00 a.m. on November 13, 2020 through November 17, 2020 at 11:59 p.m., and may be renewed thereafter if deemed necessary and appropriate.
