For ages 16 - Seniors. Instructors are Rachel Stephens and Marc Fasanella (with additional guest lecturers). This in-depth organic gardening series features all the basic skills and knowledge needed to develop a sustainable vegetable garden from the ground up. Course literature and all materials provided. This course is a combination of classroom and fieldwork, be prepared to work outdoors during some sessions.

"Bringing in the Bystander In-Person Prevention Program curriculum uses a community of responsibility approach. It teaches bystanders how to safely intervene in instances where an incident may be occurring or where there may be risk." The Southampton Youth Bureau offers Karate classes at the Drop Spot, 655 Flanders Rd every Thursday from 5:00pm - 6:00pm. Classes are taught by international coach & instructor Falah Kanani. Program is open to ages 5 - 12 and pre-registration is required.

The Town of Southampton Youth Bureau is now accepting registrations for Act TWO. Through games and activities, participants learn improvisation, projection, public speaking, and issues pertinent to everyday life. Topics covered include making appropriate choices, acceptance, tolerance, bullying, drug and alcohol addiction, pregnancy prevention, etc. Skits are created and performed by students for other youth audiences. Act TWO is for teens in grades 7 – 12. Classes are held on Thursdays beginning September 14, 2017 and are held at the Hampton Bays Public Library, 52 Ponquogue Ave from 6:00pm – 7:30pm.
