For ages 16 - Seniors. Instructors are Rachel Stephens and Marc Fasanella (with additional guest lecturers). This in-depth organic gardening series features all the basic skills and knowledge needed to develop a sustainable vegetable garden from the ground up. Course literature and all materials provided. This course is a combination of classroom and fieldwork, be prepared to work outdoors during some sessions.

The Town of Southampton Youth Bureau along with Island Harvest is sponsoring free lunch to all youth ages 21 and under this summer. Lunch will be served July 5th – August 24th, Monday - Thursday 11:30am to 1:00pm. No proof of residency or income is needed, all youth are welcome! The Southampton Youth Bureau will be offering karate classes at the Drop Spot, 655 Flanders Rd on Thursdays from 5:30pm - 6:30pm beginning June 29th and ending August 31st.
