  1. New Series of Organic Gardening Certification Programs Starting 5/26!

    May 26, 2017, 12:30 PM - November 3, 2017, 2:00 PM @ The Lodge at Squiretown Park

    For ages 16 - Seniors. Instructors are Rachel Stephens and Marc Fasanella (with additional guest lecturers). This in-depth organic gardening series features all the basic skills and knowledge needed to develop a sustainable vegetable garden from the ground up. Course literature and all materials provided. This course is a combination of classroom and fieldwork, be prepared to work outdoors during some sessions.

  1. FREE Summer Food Rocks!

    The Town of Southampton Youth Bureau along with Island Harvest is sponsoring free lunch to all youth ages 21 and under this summer. Lunch will be served July 5th – August 24th, Monday - Thursday 11:30am to 1:00pm. No proof of residency or income is needed, all youth are welcome!     The Town of Southampton Youth Bureau is currently accepting registrations for Chess Club. Chess teaches youth how to manage skills, control impulses, delay gratification, and reduce stress. Learning chess can help build self confidence, gain a sense of community, and learn fair play. Classes will be held from 5:45pm to 6:45pm at the Flanders Community Center, 655 Flanders Road on Wednesdays from June 28th – August 30th.     The Southampton Youth Bureau’s Wednesday Night Teen Nights at Ludlam Park are back! Teens in grades 7 -12 are invited to hang out and participate in numerous activities which include basketball tournaments, music/live DJ, soccer, baseball, picnics, games, crafts, and more! In the event of inclement weather, the program will be moved indoors at The Drop Spot, 655 Flanders Road. The fun begins Wednesdays, June 28th – August 30th from 7:30pm – 11:00pm.
