Open Mic Night at the Flanders Youth Center

The Southampton Youth Bureau will be hosting an Open Mic Night at the Flanders Youth Center, 655 Flanders Road on Friday, November 5^th. If you are in grades 5 - 12, then come on out for your chance to share your talent! The mic is open from 6:00pm – 8:00pm and acoustic performers & bands, karaoke, spoken word, poetry and comedic acts are all welcome to participate. Refreshments will be available and a gift card raffle will take place at the end of the show for participating performers! Extreme Rec Day

The Southampton Youth Bureau and Southampton Youth Services will be teaming up to host their annual Extreme Rec Day on Thursday, November 11th from 10:00am – 3:00pm (Sign-in at 9:45am) at the SYS Recreation Center, 1370a Majors Path. Children in grades K - 6 will enjoy a day filled with inflatables, giant jenga, arts & crafts, board games, basketball and much more! Admission is $15 per participant which includes lunch, snacks, and refreshments. Early morning drop off at 8:00am is available for $25 (breakfast not included). Space is limited and is available on a first come first, first served basis. Pre-registrations must be submitted by Monday, November 1^st. Walk-in registrations will not be allowed and refunds cannot be issued for this event. Register Early! Lights Out! Glow Night at SYS

The Southampton Youth Bureau will host a Glow Night on Friday, December 3^rd from 7:30pm – 10:00pm at the SYS Recreation Center, 1370A Majors Path in Southampton. The illuminated gym will feature glow in the dark games such as basketball, Capture the Flag, soccer, volleyball and more! Event is open to grades 6 – 12 and participants are encouraged to wear white or bright neon colors to see the full effect from the UV blacklights! Admission is $10 per person and transportation is available. Pre-registration is required and space is limited! COVID-19 protocols will be in place – masks are required.
