2026 Hamptons Got Talent Auditions
Monday, February 23, 2026,  4:30 PM – 6:30 PM at Southampton Cultural Center AND Monday, March 9, 2026, 4:30 PM -6:30 PM, at Hampton Bays Community Center

The Town of Southampton Youth Bureau will be holding open auditions for the 2026 Hamptons Got Talent Competition on Monday, February 23 at the Southampton Cultural Center, 25 Pond Lane, and on Monday, March 9 at the Hampton Bays Community Center, 25 Ponquogue Avenue. Auditions will be held from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM on both dates.  Undiscovered talent in grades 5–12 who reside in and/or attend school in the Town of Southampton are eligible to enter. Finalists will have the opportunity to work with performance coaches and mentors during a series of rehearsals before performing in the Hamptons Got Talent Competition on Friday, May 1, 2026, at Westhampton Beach High School. Singers, dancers, bands, poets, magicians, comedians, and other artistic acts are encouraged to audition. Babysitters Club 

Thursdays, February 26 - April 2, 2026,  4:30 PM – 6:00 PM at Hampton Bays Community Center

Become a confident, caring babysitter! The Town of Southampton Youth Bureau will host Babysitters Club from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM on Thursdays, February 26 through April 2. Participants will learn essential child safety skills, explore the stages of child development, and plan fun, age-appropriate activities for children.  Students will also receive basic CPR and First Aid training, along with job readiness skills and peer leadership opportunities to help build confidence, responsibility, and professionalism.  Open to ages 14–18. Open Mic Night at Hampton Coffee Company
Friday, February 27, 2026,  6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

The Town of Southampton Youth Bureau will host an Open Mic Night on Friday, February 27 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hampton Coffee Company’s newest location, 31 Shinnecock Road in Hampton Bays.  Performing is free and open to youth in grades 5–12. Acoustic performers and bands, karaoke, spoken word, poetry, and comedic acts are all welcome. Free, Capacity: 20. 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament
Friday, March 27, 2026, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM at Southampton Youth Services (SYS)

The Town of Southampton Youth Bureau will host its annual 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament on Friday, March 27 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Southampton Youth Services (SYS), 1370A Majors Path, Southampton. Sign-in and warm-up drills will take place from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM. The tournament is open to youth in grades 5–12, with prizes awarded to winning teams in both middle school and high school brackets. Space is limited. Team pre-registration of $45 is required by Monday, March 23, 2026. Each team member must submit a completed registration form and payment ($15 per player) to the Southampton Youth Bureau, 655 Flanders Road, Flanders, NY 11901, or register and pay online at www.southamptontownny.gov/ybpayment.  

Transportation is available from select locations:

• 5:45 PM – Flanders Community Center
• 6:00 PM – Hampton Bays Community Center
• 6:10 PM – Shinnecock Community Center
