How do I upload a completed documents?


Follow the steps below:

  1.  Download and Save required forms to your computer.
  2. Open document on your computer
  3. Fill-out required forms
  4. Save to your computer.
  5. When prompted for document, during application process, browse your desktop and upload.
  6. Complete and submit application. Proceed to payment portal
