Facilities

This facility is located at 30 Jackson Avenue, Hampton Bays. It is open 7-days a week from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The facility accepts green bags, recyclables numbered 1-7, clothing, waste oil, bulk electronics, metal, and yard waste (including brush and leaves). Please note that it closes at 3:30 PM. Free compost is available for self-haulers.

The Hampton Bays recycling center now accepts scrap metal and small bulk items. See Fee Schedule for Pricing

Directions

Route 27, Sunrise Highway, to exit 65 North, Route 24/Flanders Road. ··Make first right onto Old Riverhead Road West, then make first left onto Jackson Avenue. Follow Jackson Avenue to the end, at the entrance gate to the facility.

Route 27 A, Montauk Highway to Route 24/ Flanders Road North. Go under the Sunrise Highway overpass, and make first right onto Old Riverhead Road West, then make first left onto Jackson Avenue Follow Jackson Avenue to the end, at the entrance gate to the facility.
