    Band applications are now available for the Southampton Youth Bureau’s 18th Battle of the Bands. This year’s competition will be held on Friday, June 11th (Rain Date: Friday, June 18th) from 8:00pm – 11:00pm at Ponquogue Beach in Hampton Bays. All applications and demo music must be received by 4:00pm on Friday, May 14th 2021 and can be sent or dropped off to:

Explore different cultures through food, crafts, stories, sports and weekly fieldtrips! Program is from July 6th through August 26th and will be held Monday – Thursday from 12:00pm – 5:00pm. Youth going into grades 5 - 8 are eligible to participate – Proof of grade is required (no exceptions).     The Southampton Youth Bureau is recruiting new members for their Youth Advisory Committee for the 2020 – 2021 school year! If you are in grades 7th through 12th and interested in planning trips and events, doing community service projects, and making friends with students from other schools, then sign up for YAC! As a YAC member, you can make a difference in your community. Youth Advisory Committee is a great way to get involved and to earn community service credit hours during the school year. A hybrid of in person and remote meetings will be held every other Tuesday from 6:30pm – 8:00pm. The first in person meeting begins September 22nd 2020 at the Hampton Bays Community Center, 25 Ponquogue Avenue. Pre-registration is required! Transportation is available upon request.     The Southampton Youth Bureau is now accepting registration for our new Power Hour program! Meet new friends and participate in indoor and outdoor activities, create healthy and tasty snacks, play fun games and much more! Power Hour is held every Saturday from 10:00am – 2:00pm at the Flanders Youth Center, 655 Flanders Road (May 1st – June 19th) and is free and open to grades K – 9.     The Southampton Youth Bureau is now accepting registrations for 'Discovery Club: Mysteries of Science'. Based on the true story of Amelia Earhart, join us on this fictitious adventure in finding a young pilot who disappeared. Find the answers through STEAM projects by learning Morse Code, the science of flight, survival skills, and more! Program begins May 3rd and is held on Mondays from 4:15pm - 5:30pm (grades K - 4) and 5:45pm - 7:15pm (grades 5 - 8). Cost is $20 for 6 sessions - Space is limited and pre-registration is required!
