DESCRIPTION:Southampton Town’s Youth Court is a great way to earn communit
 y service credits and build your college resume! High school students fro
 m local schools work together to hold real trials for juvenile offenders\
 , where all the facts of the case are heard and the jury decides on a dis
 position\, or “sentence\,” for the offender to repair the harm they have 
 caused to the victims. Cases range from trespassing\, driving without a l
 icense\, and underage drinking to harassment\, possession\, and theft\, a
 mong others. Students in grades 9–12 living or attending school in the To
 wn of Southampton can participate. General Youth Court meetings are held 
 on Mondays from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM at the Southampton Town Justice Court\,
