Biography
Hannah Pell-O’Farrell is a lifelong Southampton resident who was born and raised in this community and now lives in North Sea with her husband, daughter, and their dogs. She spent much of her early life at Pell’s Fish Dock and Marina in Hampton Bays, where she developed a deep respect for the Town’s working waterfront and coastal environment.
She brings more than a decade of experience in commercial property management, including four years in public-sector facilities management. Her professional background includes operating and capital budgeting, building and equipment maintenance, large-scale construction oversight, and procurement—skills that support responsible stewardship of public facilities, taxpayer resources, and Town-owned lands.
Hannah has long been committed to community service and environmental protection. A certified ocean lifeguard for 14 years, she is dedicated to keeping residents and visitors safe along Southampton’s beaches. In her free time, she enjoys fishing and shell fishing with her family and coaching a youth swim team, helping local children feel confident in and around the water while building respect for Southampton’s marine and coastal resources.
Hannah is a graduate of SUNY Maritime College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in International Trade and Transportation. She and her family are members of the Bull Head Yacht Club and remain actively engaged in preserving the natural beauty and maritime traditions that define Southampton.
