All Town Hall offices are closed to the public. We are accepting 4 X 4, Boat Ramp and Lake Agawam Seasonal permit Applications via the Trustees online ePermitting Portal at https://epermits.southamptontownny.gov/ If you wish to mail in your permit Application please allow 10 - 14 days to process your Application. There is also a red “drop box” located at the front entrance to Town Hall.

Yes, there is a grace period in place until June 15, 2020 for all permits.
Pursuant to Public Officers Law Article 6, section 89(3)(a) and the circumstances prompted by the State of Emergency declaration that was put in place by New York State related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Town will respond to your request when the imposed operating restrictions are lifted.

The resident must provide a tax bill in their name, or their valid NYS Drivers’ License with a Southampton Town street address, or three utility bills in the their name (one from a year ago, one for a winter month, and one from the present, per the Town Code.)

The Pump Out program runs from Memorial Day through October 15, or when funds run out. There are currently six boats that work out of Mill Creek, Cold Spring, Westhampton, North Sea, Hampton Bays and Sag Harbor. Recreational boaters in need of waste disposal need only to contact them on marine radio CH 73 and arrange a meeting place.
