Employee Benefits Fair


Friday, November 18th, 12- 3 pm 
Town Hall Auditorium 


All Town employees are encouraged to attend.

Meet benefit providers and local vendors, and get more info on important programs

as well as community benefits that may be available to you and your family!

The Town’s Open Enrollment period for changes to health benefits is from November 15th – December 15th

HR/Benefits staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. 

Enrollment forms for 2023 Flex Spending Accounts for qualifying health care, child care, and transportation expenses will also be available. 


The following Providers/Vendors will be at the Fair:

  • Deferred Compensation 
  • CSEA Member Benefits & Insurance Representative 
  • Southampton Mental Health
  • AFLAC Supplemental insurance 
  • Rogers Memorial Library
  • Costco
  • Weight Watchers
  • Preferred Group
  • Suffolk County Office of Aging
  • Hampton Bays Library



FREE LIGHT LUNCH - wraps, fruit, cookies and water, prepared by Senior Services Nutrition Services staff (while supplies last). 

Employees may attend the Benefits Fair on their meal periods, and/or when excused by their supervisors. Employees who work outside of Town Hall should seek permission before attending the Benefits Fair (Dept heads and supervisors are encouraged to permit staff to attend, if staffing and operational demands allow).
