For information on seasonal employment with our Youth Bureau via Broader Horizons, please contact 631-702-2421.
Broader Horizons is a summer internship program for Southampton Town residents between the ages of 14 and 17. Interns work for six weeks in positions with various Town departments and community agencies or businesses. Students also participate in twelve hours of job readiness and basic skills training learning information such as creating bank accounts, resume writing, and interviewing skills. An annual Job Fair is held in May to help connect young people to their job opportunities in the communities as well. -
